Super Girl!

Here is my Super Girl. After Halloween Walmart had all their costumes on amazing clearance prices so we picked up some dress up clothes. She was so excited for this Super Girl costume. It really is pretty cute!

Nov. 16th... So What

What is so important about this day? Why will I be stress free this Holiday Season? We because you asked I will tell you. Today marks the day that I am Officially ready for Christmas! That's right, I have either bought or made all the gifts we are giving this year. I love it! So bring it on... even my Christmas cards are ready! I love not procrastinating!

Four Year Old Pictures

Here is my four year old! She is getting so big so fast I don't quite know what I think about that.
The blue pictures we took first (notice the nicer smile) and then the dress pictures were taken last... She was done smiling by the dress pictures :)

Here is one of my favorites by far so the the one below.

She is such a fun, pretty little girl. She cracks me up everyday with things she says.
I was trying to teach her a knock-knock joke the other day. There was one in a movie so I thought she got the point. Anyway, this is how it went...
Mom: "Knock-knock"
Lynnie: "Knock-knock"
Mom: "No you say 'whose there?'"
Lynnie: "Oh sorry, ok."
Mom: "Knock-knock"
Lynnie: "Who is there?"
Mom: "Interupting cow"
Lynnie: (pausing) "Well hello, come on in!"
(Mom and dad laughing hysterically)
Then I explained she was suppose to say "interupting cow who?" We finally got it after a few more tries... but that was classic!

Pumpkin Soup, Pumpkin Pie and Pumpkin Carving!!

We started our FHE with a delicious dinner of Pumpkin Soup (thanks for the recipe Erin), rolls and corn and finished with Pumpkin Pie!

Then we started the disgusting task (I hate the smell and feel of the guts!) of gutting and carving our pumpkins. Lynnie wasn't a fan of sticking her hand in any more than I was, but her Dad stuck with it and made her do it...
Our little Jack-o-Lantern

Mom's (horrible) Masterpiece!

Jessalyn's Masterpiece (She drew the face on herself)

Jake's Masterpiece

We three Pumpkin-heads!

Yes our girl is going to be a Pirate... I know this shocks everyone!!

Pretty Pretty Princess

This game was a gift for Kate (and Annie) for Jessalyn's birthday. I have wanted to get it for her forever, but Jake always says now because he will be the one that ends up playing it with her. So needless to say I was SOOO excited when she got this for her birthday, Jake, no so much. Well true to form, Jake has HAD to play this game many times. I always tell Lynnie to take a picture but she hasn't done it yet. The time we have played it all together I couldn't find my camera. So I am working on it folks, a picture of Jake in all his Princess Glory will be worth millions. Thanks for the game, we love it and play it ALL the time!!
